Server reached PHP max children value causing the site to go offline for an extended period of time. We have resolved the issue with our service provider and will continue to monitor the issue.

Inst8 become unresponsive for most users for an extended period of time. We’ve isolated and fixed the problem and are putting additional rate limiting measures in place to prevent this from happening again.
